Although I find this place to be very pricey, the food is very good, at least for the area. My family and I order regularly from here. I would even dine here as I hear the drinks are good as well but we do not for others reason unrelated to the establishment. As for Chinese food and because of the location, I would put this on the highly recommended list.

Tried this restaurant for the first time, my brother-in-law wanted us to try with him. The service was fabulous, very quiet when we went in to the restaurant and it picked up why we were eating. My brother-in-law got a gorgeous looking steak, I didn't quite catch the name. Sorry. My mother-in-law tried the chicken chop suey. I've never seen so much chicken in a dinner before and she got to order of cranberry going to go with it. My husband got a pool platter for one and a side of lo mein to share with the table and my brother-in-law got a side of pork rice for the table. I got a scallop and shrimp combination that came with peapods. I apologize I forgot the name of it, so many peapods, I love peopods. They didn't allow you to order any daily combinations on a Sunday during lunch time. So it was almost like a à la carte ordering. It's not the cheapest place but it was very fresh and the food was good and again the service was excellent. So you don't mind paying when you enjoy it this much. I would call this fresh Chinese food versus like a takeout place where it's all just fried. So if you're in the area and you happen to be maybe shopping in one of the little strip malls nearby, I would say come here and give it a try.

I never write reviews, but I have been a happy customer for a long time and unfortunately the last two times I’ve ordered the quality is not the same. The main disappointment that’s prompted me to write is the “vegetable” lo mein. I would never order it again. I would never encourage anyone to order it. There are no vegetables - there are very few minuscule slivers of carrot and some green vegetable which make up maybe one percent of the dish. If someone is a vegetarian or just wants vegetable lo mein, one would expect there to be vegetables.

We have liked this place until today. We ordered delivery and the driver was very mean and nasty. He would not leave the food if I didn’t tip him. I called back the restaurant to find out why he would not leave the food and they told me that it was for the tip, I told them that how would I want to tip with his attitude. They called him back and he came back and threw the bag of food on my front door. I had never had this type of experience and as far as I know tip is optional (I always tip after the service is fully rendered. I would definitely not tip with this type of service).
